We are delighted to inform you that the email system for MSC Greater China will be upgraded in the coming week. We look forward to offering you an improved quality service via the upgraded email system. 

届时，我司进口客服，单证部将启用全新的邮箱地址。因此，自2025年11月19日零点起，请您使用我司的新邮箱地址与我们联系。与此同时，旧的邮箱地址将失效并停止使用。

With this upgrade, MSC Import & Export Documentation Departments will be using the new email addresses. As of 00:00 hours on November 19^th, 2025, please use our new email address to contact us. Meanwhile, the original addresses will be deactivated and no longer in use. 

特别提请注意，在11月19日前发送至新邮箱地址的邮件，恕我司无法处理跟进，感谢理解。

Any emails sent to the new address before November 19^th will not be processed or followed up by our company. Thank you for understanding.

To provide you with faster and more efficient responses, we kindly invite your attention to the following two points and your cooperation in adhering to them: 

1. 请明确您的需求，并按业务范围将邮件发送至对应部门的一个邮箱，如有订舱号、提单号或其他关键信息也请在邮件标题中列明。同一封邮件发送或抄送多个邮箱会导致邮件无法被及时处理。

We kindly ask you to clearly specify your request and send your email to one appropriate department's email address, according to the business scope. Additionally, if you have booking numbers, bill of lading numbers, or other key information, please include them in the email subject. Please note that sending or copying the same email to multiple addresses may result in delays in processing your email. 

1. 如果您有新的需求和询问，请务必新建一个邮件发送。在现有的邮件上回复、重新发送、编辑等操作会导致延迟跟进。

If you have any new requests or inquiries, please make sure to create a new email thread to send them. Replying to, resending, or editing existing emails can cause delays in follow-up and may result in missed information.
